Less phone. More medicine.

The phone starts at 8:30 and cuts into the consultation you are already in. Doctavie takes the bookings for you — online, around the clock, in Arabic, French and English — while you treat. Dictate the note as you examine, issue a prescription the pharmacy reads without calling you back, and close the till in the evening.

What you get

A practice that runs between consultations

You studied medicine, not switchboard operation. Between two patients the phone makes you book the next one; and the patient who calls at 10 PM does not call back the next morning. Doctavie takes on the calendar, the reminders and the document layout. What you get back is the phone time — not the CNAS paperwork, which stays exactly what it is.

The phone stops ringing

Patients book online, around the clock, in Arabic, French or English, and reminders go out on their own before every appointment. Where online booking replaces the call, no-shows fall from 5.9% to 1.8% (German benchmark, 2024).

Recover the patients you already lose

The one who calls at 10 PM, the one hunting for a cardiologist on a Sunday, the slot freed by a 2 PM cancellation. A public profile by specialty and wilaya, your fee shown up front, an Available-now flag. We do not promise a bigger patient base — only that you stop missing the one already looking for you.

The note writes itself while you examine

Teleconsultation, chat or in person, with the patient history in one place and a scribe that drafts the SOAP note from your voice, in French or Arabic. Offer follow-up in one gesture, with vitals thresholds that surface at-risk patients on their own. A dentist opens a dental chart instead: click the tooth, click the affected surface, and the note stays attached to that tooth.

A prescription the pharmacy reads without calling

Every line is picked from the Algerian registry: INN, brand, strength, quantity, interaction and allergy checks. The pharmacist scans the QR and sees exactly what you meant. The signed paper stays — it simply no longer has to be deciphered.

Six documents, one studio

Prescription, medical certificate, sick note, referral letter, lab request, imaging request. You design your template once — letterhead, stamp, signature — and each document carries a public verification code.

The whole practice on one screen

Shared calendar, waiting-room board for the receptionist, vitals taken by the nurse before the visit, a till that closes every evening, and a QR business card to hand across the counter.

Getting started

From sign-up to first consultation

  1. 01

    Get verified

Submit your CNOM number and your ID. Every credential is reviewed by hand before activation — that is what lets a patient trust a Doctavie profile.

  2. 02

    Set up

Specialty, fees, weekly slots, consultation reasons and your prescription template. About twenty minutes, once.

  3. 03

    Consult

Bookings arrive from across Algeria — in person or by teleconsultation — and the note is written during the exam.

  4. 04

    Get paid

CIB / Edahabia card or cash at the counter: the till records every payment, and consultations, revenue and reviews sit in a single dashboard.

The back of house, where the network is run

Doctavie Console

The phone is the front door. The Console is the back of house — the web workspace where doctors, pharmacists, laboratories, imaging centres and the platform team do the work that keeps the loop honest. No app store, no install: sign in and run your practice.

Every account is verified by hand before it goes live. Patients use the app — the Console is for the people who deliver care.

Plans

Choose your plan

Start free, upgrade as you grow. Pay monthly, or save two months a year by paying annually. Patients always use Doctavie for free — they only pay per consultation.

For the diaspora

Practise back home from abroad.

Trained in Algeria, settled in Paris, Montreal, Brussels or the Gulf? Take asynchronous specialist opinions — re-read an ECG, interpret a panel, give a colleague a second opinion — between shifts, and get paid in your own currency. It is an opinion given to the treating doctor, who stays responsible for the patient: a practitioner registered abroad does not write Algerian prescriptions, and the console enforces that.

Where online booking replaces the call, missed appointments drop from 5.9% to 1.8%, and close to seven patients in ten already say they would rather book online than phone a practice.

Questions doctors ask

01

Will Doctavie bring me more patients?

We do not promise that, and nobody should promise it without a number behind it. What Doctavie changes: the patients already looking for you find you by specialty and wilaya, book without going through reception, and stop getting lost when the line is busy or it is 10 PM.

02

Does the e-prescription replace paper?

No. In Algeria the electronic prescription is not yet a stand-alone legal document: you print and sign as you do today. What Doctavie adds is the QR the pharmacy scans to read the prescription as data. That is exactly the mechanism France made mandatory on 1 January 2025 — you already work to that standard, without waiting for Algerian regulation to catch up.

03

How are my credentials verified?

An administrator reviews your medical-council registration and your ID before approval. Any later change to a credential goes back through review while your live profile keeps taking patients.

04

What if there are several of us in the practice?

Invite your colleagues, your receptionist and your nurses onto a shared calendar: the patient books the doctor they want, the receptionist runs the waiting room and the till, and each person only sees what their role allows.
