Dictationand the Scribe

You speak, it writes.

Reason for visit, examination, conclusion: dictated aloud, written into the chart. And in Scribe mode the report is ready before the patient is dressed.

II.
What changes

The report is ready before the patient is dressed.

The report is not slow to write: it is slow to start. What costs you is the blank page at 7pm, when the day is done and eleven charts are still open.

Two levels, one gesture

Dictation writes what you say. The Scribe follows the consultation and proposes the structured report at the end.

Into the field, not into a file

The text lands directly in the reason, the examination or the conclusion — not in a note you have to retype.

You remain the author

Nothing enters the chart until you have read it and approved it.

In three steps

How it works

  1. 01

    Press, and speak

The button is wherever writing happens: consultation, report, letter.

  2. 02

    The text appears

Punctuation and formatting included. Correct it on the keyboard if needed.

  3. 03

    You approve

The report goes into the chart, and to the patient if you decide so.

The limits

What Dictation does not do

It makes no diagnosis and decides nothing. The Scribe only runs with the patient’s agreement, and no text enters the chart without your review.
