Always free for patients
Patients book, consult, and carry their records at no cost. They only pay the doctor's fee per consultation — by CIB or Edahabia card locally, or international card from the diaspora.

How are orders counted?
One order = one prescription or request received and handled in your console during the calendar month. The counter resets on the 1st. Cancelled orders don't count.

What happens if I hit my limit?
You keep full access to your history and your public profile stays online, but new orders are blocked until the next month or until you change plan. We warn you before you get there.

Can I change plan mid-year?
Yes. An upgrade applies immediately and is prorated; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, at no cost.

How many accounts does my team get?
Every plan includes a number of personal accounts (the titulaire included). Each member gets their own login, permissions and audit-log trail — never share one account.
